2013 CANADIAN TIRE CLASSIC - NOVICE AE CHAMPIONS!
A great weekend of hockey, fun and family.....

A great weekend of hockey, fun and family ended with the Oakridge Aeros Novice MD1 team winning their first tournament championship of 2013!
After finishing runners-up in our own Bob Stark classic a couple of weeks earlier, victory was sweet on Sunday.
Thanks to the kids for a great weekend of hockey.
Thanks to the coaches for all their hard work and preparation.
Thanks to our hosts in Barrie who put on a great tournament.
Thanks to the city of Barrie who have some of the most spectacular arena facilities we've been lucky enough to play in.
Thanks to Horseshoe resort who were very accommodating and had lots of patience with all the hockey teams and parents running around on the weekend.
Thanks to Michael who I know has a great collection of pictures from the weekend, and the on-ice celebration after the final game.
And thanks to my neighbor, who repaired my snowblower Sunday morning so that I could dig out the  neighborhood when we returned home on Sunday afternoon.
I am certain that we all look forward to the next tournament!

He went on to earn his dental degree at the University of Detroit Mercy. After serving his residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Cleveland and receiving his specialty degree in Periodontics and a Master's degree in Health Science from the Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Sharma returned to London, ON, where he has been practicing since 2004. An active lecturer, he has spoken at the London District Dental Society, The University of Western Ontario, and for various local study clubs. He is a founding and executive member of the Dental Exchange Study Club. He also served for four years as an adjunct professor at the University of Western Ontario. He is a member of numerous dental organizations, including the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, Canadian Academy of Periodontology, Ontario Society of Periodontics, American Academy of Periodontology, Ontario Dental Association, London District Dental Society and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
