You Are What You Eat
Hi parents,

I wanted to follow up on one of the major topics of the initial parent meeting.  What to eat and drink before and after games or practices.  

I typically send this or something similar just before the season gets going as our schedule is about to get busier with games, practices, road trips and tournaments.  Please keep these things in mind as the boys will be better prepared when we hit the ice.  Here's a link to a great USA Hockey article covering pre-game meals, pre-game snacks & post-game meals.  These are great tips for days like this Saturday and upcoming tournaments when we're on the ice multiple times:
