Oakridge Hockey 2020-21 Phase-2 Registration Update
Submitted By MD Director on Monday, November 30, 2020
As Phase 1 of our season (Oct-Dec) draws to a close, we would like thank everyone that has helped made this a success.  The effort to work together and adjust to these trying circumstances has been a true testament to our Hockey community. It has definitely been an adjustment however our kids are on the ice, being active and having fun!

Here are the details of Phase 2 (Jan-Mar).

Effective Nov 30, we will be asking each of our existing Phase 1 registered players to formally register for Phase 2.  This should be done prior to Dec 31.  After this time, we will offer any open spots to players who wish to play but DID NOT participate in Phase 1.

All Phase 1 players must register online for Phase 2 of the 2020-21 winter season.  This will be requested to be done between Nov 30 – Dec 21.   Due to the current Covid-19 situation, players MUST register for the category they are already in for Phase-1 (HL, MD or JR Mustangs) as there are no tryouts or movement in Phase 2. Any player movement will be limited for exceptional circumstances.
Payment is due in full via credit card or etransfer.  Etransfer can be sent to [email protected] please include player name and team. These are auto-deposited into the hockey account.

If circumstance arise and Phase 2 is cancelled or modified due to COVID-19, refunds will be issued based on amount of Phase 2 left.  Otherwise there are no refunds for phase 2 once it begins.

The goal in Phase 2 is to offer 8 Internal (against Oakridge teams) or External (against other GLHA teams) games as permitted, following MLHU and Alliance/OHF gameplay guidelines. The schedule and frequency of icetimes will be structured similar to Phase-1.

If you know of a player who did not play in Phase 1, who would like to play in Phase 2, please have them email [email protected] to be put on a waiting list.  Fees for these players do differ from returning players as they will need to include insurance and admin fees that Phase 1 players have already paid for.

Anyone with questions registration issues, please contact Lee Ross-Hayton at [email protected].

To register; go to the Hockey Canada Portal and login to your account.
City of London Reminder:
Players and families are to adhere to the City of London Facility guidelines including Rzone and current Covid-19 protocols. We update our Coaches and Website as the situation evolves and ask that you and your family be mindful. Blatant disregard will lead to suspension to removal from our program.
