Tournament Date: November 04 - 06, 2022. Registration is first come, first serve. Only registrations with full payment will be confirmed. You will be CC'd on an automated email with your submission attached. That is your confirmation that registration was submitted successfully. Team Information:

ALLIANCE HOCKEY REGULATIONS

  1. All players must be on an approved OHF/Alliance/OMHA roster.
  2. Affiliated Players (APs) are eligible to play, as long as they have been approved by the team's organization.
  3. All teams including Alliance teams will provide an official travel permit from the team's organization (Alliance, OMHA).
  4. The travel permit and approved team roster must be submitted at registration or by October 15, 2022.

JAMBOREE PAYMENT

Full payment of the $800.00 jamboree fee per team must be paid upon registration in order to secure your team(s) entry.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Tournament Director | [email protected] and CC Treasurer | [email protected]
  • Team cancellation prior to September 30, 2022 - full refund less $50 administration fee
  • Team cancellation between October 1, 2022 and October 15, 2022 - 50% refund
  • Team cancellation after October 15, 2022 - NO REFUND
  • If the tournament is cancelled due to public health measures (e.g., COVID-19) or other unforeseen events - 100% refund
