Full payment of the $800.00 jamboree fee per team must be paid upon registration in order to secure your team(s) entry.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
- All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Tournament Director | [email protected] and CC Treasurer | [email protected]
- Team cancellation prior to September 30, 2022 - full refund less $50 administration fee
- Team cancellation between October 1, 2022 and October 15, 2022 - 50% refund
- Team cancellation after October 15, 2022 - NO REFUND
- If the tournament is cancelled due to public health measures (e.g., COVID-19) or other unforeseen events - 100% refund
