Competitive Head Coach applications for the 2026-27 hockey season are
now open.
Oakridge, along with all other GLHA organizations we
will be running MD and B/BB tryouts this Spring.
Note: Spring tryouts will only be for U8/U9 MD and U10-U16 B/BB age groups. U18 Competitive Tryouts will be in the fall (after Labour Day).
Our MD & B/BB programs are the first level of competitive hockey. Without fantastic people stepping up to Coach our B/BB program would not be possible.
We recognize and thank our past coaches for their involvement and impact.
Oakridge Aeros Coaching Applications – Now Open
Thank you for your interest in coaching with the Oakridge Aeros.
Coaching at Oakridge is about more than running practices or drawing lines on a whiteboard. It’s about creating a positive, challenging, and development-focused environment where players can grow as athletes and people.
Interviews will be scheduled throughout February, with team selections and appointments finalized by the end of March.
We welcome applications from coaches who are committed to:
- Player development and age-appropriate coaching
- Respect, accountability, and sportsmanship
- Collaboration with fellow coaches, families, and the Association
- Upholding the values and standards of Oakridge Hockey
