Shell Shocked Defeat
I think it’s safe to say that our Aeros seemed a little shell shocked less than two minutes into the game when the Dorchester Dragons LL2 were already leading by two goals. The Dragons managed to score another unanswered goal before the end of the first period.
Coaches Brent and Chris must have had some inspiring words going into the second period as we managed to get a goal back. No shut out for the Dragons!
Our Team seemed to have renewed energy after our goal, with everyone stepping up their game. There was no lack of effort by our Aeros but unfortunately the clock ran down and the Dragons goalie seemed to be stopping everything.
Here’s hoping we can take the positives from this game into game 2 and earn ourselves a win!
