Oakridge 13, 2013-2014, U10-U11 Teams (Oakridge Aeros Minor Hockey)

  All Coaches will be on the ice for practices and on the bench during games. We are all available to answer any questions players or parents may have.    This our second year coaching together and can only hope we have as much fun and success this season as we did the last.     

  Coach Alex is the team manager and along with myself will be overseeing much of the communications between the coaches, players, parents and league. Alex will be in charge of organizing  game sheets and scheduling team events such as tournaments and parties. (permits and collecting fees).    Coach Lauge is my assistant coach and will be in charge of players skills development, heading up skating drills with the team as well as one on one with players to utilize their strengths and improve on any weaknesses.    

 A little insight on the coaches and their duties.   I , Coach Bill will be overseeing the overall communications with players and parents, organizing the practices and games.   Coach Blair Is the team trainer and will be overseeing all safety concerns , from inspecting players equipment  to administering first aid at games and practices. Any medical or heath issues / concerns should be brought to Blair's attention.    

I hope that everyone enjoyed the first practice of the 13-14 season. It was great meeting some new players as well as reuniting with players from past years. I was pleasantly surprised with the great bunch of well behaved players that came out. If you guys keep up the same hard work we will have a positive season. All the coaches ask of the team is for you to show up on time , with a positive attitude ready to give 100% of what you are able to give.   Coach Bill
