If you CAN NOT make it, please call and leave voice mail.
It is very important to call me if you can not make a game or practice (planning), remember good planning brings success! Only 6 of an expected 11 showed up for practice last night that means 5 players didnt call! Just as an example we would all be very upset if Michael decided not to show up without calling us, please out of respect for your Teammates call when you are not going to be there.
