Ball Hockey & Burgers - Sat Dec 15; Xmas Edition
It's time for The Thrusters to repeat their title!
We had a great time last month at the first Ball Hockey & Burgers and look forward to the next event, this Saturday, December 15th at Ben's house!
Join us this Saturday from 1130am-130pm the Tweedie's who live at 101 South Carriage Road.
Players are to come with running shoes, ball hockey stick, gloves, and their favourite game jersey (for those that have one). It will be cold out, please come dressed for the weather.
Since Christmas is just around the corner, we are going to do things a little differently this month for our team event. Each year, Beau Hodgson does a Toy Drive to help collect toys for kids in the London area who are less fortunate. I would kindly ask that each player bring a toy to the team event as a donation to Beau's Toy Drive. This gift does not need to be wrapped (I will confirm with Beau/Paula).
As well, I am also asking that each player to bring at least three (3) non-perishable items that we can donate to a local London Food Bank. This will be a team donation and hope that we would be able to help those in need this holiday season.
These donations will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
Burgers, chips, and drinks will be served just like last time.
