Our last Ball Hockey & Burgers Event is set for this Saturday, March 23rd from 130-330pm at the Coach's House at 53 Kingspark Crescent. For the person that has the Championship Plaque, please bring it with you. As well, extra goalie equipment is appreciated to ensure each team has a goalie. As this is our last event, this will be player & family event, all family members are encouraged to come to the BBQ while the boys play ball hockey. After a season that saw us play 69 games that included exhibition games, 5 tournaments, regular season, and a bunch of playoff rounds, it comes down to 1 game on Saturday night. One game; Oakridge vs North. While we have played some of our best hockey this year when we have played with momentum or a shorter than normal bench, it is games like Saturday night that need to bring the entire team together. We have worked very hard this year to teach how to attack, defend, contain, and play smart. It all needs to come together for us Saturday night.

An interesting series to say the least; 3 teams, a home and away game against each other and the one with the most points at the end, advances to the Bristol Playoff Finals. The teams in our round robin are Waterloo & North London. We play a home and away game against each team. After a solid first game against Waterloo with a 6-2 win, our next game is set for Thursday, February 28th at 730pm in Waterloo at the RIM Park - ManuLife Financial Sportsplex (please be there for 630-645pm at the latest). The first round of the Alliance Bristol (A) Playoffs are about to kickoff on Monday, February 4th with Game #1 vs the West London Hawks. The first series vs West is a best 2 out of 3, which means the first team to 4pts. The team calendar has been updated to reflect the first round of playoffs. Please be sure to look at the calendar. The winner advances to the Bristol Playdowns while the loser moves to the Bristol Playoff Loop and will await the next next team to play, likely in the middle of February.
