Attention Minor Peewee player’s and parents!
Oakridge has the demand, registration numbers and talent to field
our own
Oakridge Minor Peewee Select team this season.
The team will be made up of kids from our 3
Minor Peewee Houseleague teams who enrol and participate in Select tryouts later in October.
Select is a great option for stronger players to play additional competitive hockey in addition to their House League team.
Tryouts will be a competitive process. Any player wishing to tryout for this team must be registered on an Oakridge HL team.
The Select team will skate one time per week (game or a practice) above HL skates.
Our Select team's icetime will be scheduled so it will not interfere with any of our 3 HL teams commitments.
The Select team will participate in exhibition games or tournaments with other Association's Select teams throughout the 2019-20 hockey season. This may include participation in the Alliance HL Select Championships in Brantford early April 2020.
The fees for this team are fully funded by the team. Sponsors are welcome.

Minor Peewee Select Tryouts are scheduled for:
- October 20 from 7:30 PM-8:50 PM at Medway Arena
- October 21 from 6:00 PM-6:50 PM at Oakridge Arena.
Players are guaranteed 2.5 hours of tryout ice at a cost of $30.00. Any further questions please contact Select Director Dave Worby.
