BANTAM A-8 PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONS
The team had to wait until Saturday evening to learn that a re-match against Burlington was in order on Sunday morning. The boys left it all on the ice to register a 3-0 win and move onto the finals against Brantford. The boys would not be denied in this game. Standing their ground throughout the first period they scored first in the dying moments of the first and did not look back for the remainder of the game for a second consecutive 3-0 win. The boys were fine representatives of London with very few penalties.
Coaches from several of the teams commented on the First Class Attitudes displayed by these fine young men during the entire tournament.
