Schedules Updated on Website
Division schedules are now updated on the website. Please use the left side menu for Tournament Groups.
Any parent questions should be directed through your Coach or Manager.
Click on the left side menu "Tournament Groups" for your division’s schedule. Check both “White” and “Red” Divisions if applicable. White Division includes “mixed age” teams in Major Divisions and T2 teams.
We will still be using paper game sheets this year. Updates to standings/schedules will occur ASAP over the weekend.
You can find Tournament Venue addresses at the bottom of your Group schedule or by using the left side menu. FYI There are four ice surfaces at Western Fair.
Rules are located on the left side menu. Make sure to review the rules regarding Affiliated Players.
Remember to bring hard copies of your approved roster and the roster of any APs, along with your Travel Permit to the Convenor 45 minutes before your first game. (We need hard copies for easy access even if you sent them electronically). There will be a Convenor at each arena. All teams, including those from Oakridge/London, need Travel Permits.
If you can borrow an extra set of jerseys to help with conflicts it would be appreciated.
Games will start 15 minutes early if we are ahead of schedule (except each Arena’s first game of the day).
