Team Information:

ALLIANCE HOCKEY REGULATIONS

  1. All players must be on an approved OHF/Alliance/OMHA roster.
  2. Affiliated Players (APs) are eligible to play, as long as they have been approved by the team's organization.
  3. All teams including Alliance teams will provide an official travel permit from the team's organization (Alliance, OMHA).
  4. The travel permit and approved team roster must be submitted at registration or by January 15, 2023.

TOURNAMENT PAYMENT

Full payment of the $900.00 tournament fee per team must be paid upon registration in order to secure your team(s) entry.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Tournament Director | [email protected] and CC Treasurer | [email protected]
  • Team cancellation prior to December 01, 2022 - full refund less $50 administration fee
  • Team cancellation between December 01, 2022 and January 01, 2023 - 50% refund
  • Team cancellation after January 01, 2023 - NO REFUND
  • If the tournament is cancelled due to public health measures (e.g., COVID-19) or other unforeseen events - 100% refund
