The Power Of The W
It's about chemistry.
We have found success recently by pairing certain players together & shifting positions on the ice to produce more goals. Hard work, more shots, better positioning, and overall improved communication seems to be working!
The quest for the win or the "W" as we call it in the dressing room, is starting to get a little bit easier for the AEROS B8 Team.
Time and time again we see success on the ice when we connect our passes, play our positions, and follow up with 2nd & 3rd efforts. We need to control our emotions in heated situations to stay focused and play our best on every shift. All players need to play both ways, not just on the offensive. We need to back check on every shift. The team needs to be collectively committed to supporting each other every time they step on the ice. We are not a team of 1 but a team of 13.
Keep it moving in the right direction boys, a W goes a long way each and every time we step on the ice.
