Midget D9 PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONS
Oakridge gained a second Provincial Championship on the weekend. The Midget D9 team were in tough against the other teams. St. Catherines could not solve Oakridge. In round robin play Oakridge beat St. Catherines 6-2 however they managed to win their series to face off again in the Championship game. St Catherines had learned much from the first encounter as Oakridge had to score a tying goal in the dying seconds of regulation to send the game into overtime where Oakridge was ultimately victorious. Congratulations on a hard fought Championship win.
